We haven't given up search for Chibok girls - FG


The Federal Government has dismissed suggestions that it has given up the search for over 200 female students abducted from a school in Chibok, Borno State. Addressing journalists today, the Director General of the National Information Centre, Mike Omeri, said that the federal government his working hard to ensure that the girls are recovered from their abductors



Mr. Omeri also called on all Nigerians to be security conscious during the festive period in order to prevent any act of terror planned by insurgents. He confirmed intelligence reports suggesting planned attacks during the festivities with churches, mosques, schools, amusement parks and recreational parks as possible targets.
