Tight security in Abuja parks ahead of the Yuletide


Security agencies have beefed up security and are taking measures to prevent any planned terrorist attack as passengers travel to various parts of the country to celebrate the yule tide. Heavy security presence was witnessed in all motor parks across Abuja as individual passengers were thoroughly screened.



Meanwhile, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has announced the deployment of 65,000 of its personnel nationwide as well as 15,000 sniffer dogs to assist the security agents.
