First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, has openly declared her support for the Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate in Rivers State, Nyesom Wike.
She made this endorsement at the burial Senator Tari Sekibo in Okrika on Saturday as she addressed the Council of Chiefs at the ceremony.
“Before you today is the next governor of Rivers State. He is the former Minister of State for Education, Barrister Nyesom Wike.
“The PDP is the best party and the most popular party in the country. The PDP is the leading party that will win Rivers State,” she said.
