Prophet T.B. Joshua will not be appearing before the Coroner Court pending the determination of his suit before an Ikeja High Court. The founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations was earlier summoned to appear before the Magistrate court investigating the cause of his church building collapse but he challenged this decision as an abuse of his right
Joshua had appealed to the Coroner to stop proceedings but his request was turned down as on grounds that this was an abuse of court process
