The Confederation of African Football (CAF), has released the final shortlist for this year's African Player of the Year Award. The 3-man shortlist includes: Super Eagles Captain and Lille shot-stopper, Vincent Enyeama; Ivory Coast and Manchester City midfielder, Yaya Toure; and Borussia Dortmund's Gabonese player, Pierre-Emerick Emiliani Francois Aubameyang.
Enyeama is the first goal keeper in more than two decades to make the final shortlist for the player of the year award. The Super Eagles Captain has been in impressive form for club and country and was unlucky not to get his team to qualify for the 2015 African Cup of Nations holding in Equatorial Guinea.
