Obanikoro sues PDP for rigging him out in Lagos guber primaries

A gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of the PDP in Lagos State, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro has made public his decision to seek redress in court after he lost the Governorship primaries on Tuesday Dec 4th to Jimi Agbaje in an election he claims was rigged.
This is coming after the former Minister of State for Defence petitioned the party’s leadership over the poor and fraudulent conduct of the governorship primary election in the state. He called for the results to be cancelled, after the number of accredited voters and the number of votes cast were conflicting.

Nigerian Ambassador to Ghana and a former Minister of State for Defence, urged his supporters to remain steadfast.

He declined comments on whether he would leave the party if the result would not be cancelled
