Premier League Champions, Manchester City have once again been drawn against Spanish giants, FC Barcelona in the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League after the draw in Nyon. Both teams faced each other at the same stage last season, with the Catalan side edging Pellegrini's men 4-1 on aggregate.
Another re-run fixture from last season will be between Jose Mourinho's Chelsea and Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain. The Premier League table-toppers defeated PSG last season on away goals after securing a 2-0 win late on in the second leg of their encounter at Stamford Bridge to overturn their 3-1 loss in Paris.
In other fixtures, Arsenal have been drawn against Monaco while Schalke 04 will have to battle it out with defending Champions, Real Madrid who are now in search for un decima.
