Sacked Judge seeks redress

A few days after the Presidency, on recommendation by the NJC, sacked two judges: Gladys Olotu of the Abuja Federal High Court and U.A Inyang of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, the former has decided to challenge the NJC's decision in court.

Olotu who was fired over acts of gross misconduct, reportedly failed to deliver judgement on two occasions for no genuine reason. She however claims the punishment is unfair and has decided to seek judicial review.
