President Goodluck jonathan was among a few African leaders who joined their counterparts form across the world at a nuclear security summit to secure ways of tracking the proliferation of arms. He pledged Nigeria’s commitment to this course and commended the United Nations as well as the United States of America for the key roles they have played in this regard.
