President of Bayern Munich, Uli Hoeness while standing trial today, admitted to evading taxes through an undeclared Swiss bank account more than five times.
The German football great reported himself to authorities earlier in 2013, and the trial also seeks to know if he did that because he had become aware there was an investigation against him or perhaps for other reasons which potentially will determine the weight of his sentence.
