Fuel Scarcity: NNPC intervenes in Lagos

To address what it described as an 'artificially induced fuel scarcity' that has rocked the country for a week, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has injected 33 million litres of petrol in Lagos.

Elsewhere, the situation seems to be improving in the FCT as shorter queues now appear at filling stations. Black marketers are however stil having a field day.
