The Federal Government has ordered the immediate closure of Unity Schools in the violence-prone North East region.
This information was confirmed in a statement by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Supervising Minister of Education. The statement also noted that the students of the affected schools will be relocated to other Federal Government Colleges.
