Uganda's President has appended his signature on a bill criminalising same sex relationships in the country. He defied pressures from the western world and South African cleric, Archbishop Desmond Tutu who described the bill as a legislation against love.
United States President, Barack Obama also condemned the bill describing it as 'a step backward'.
