The English Football Association has fine West Bromich Albion Striker, Nicholas Anelka for his controversial quenelle gesture made while celebrating a goal in one of his club's Premier League tie.
Anelka has been fined £80,000 and banned for 5 matches. The player has 7 days to appeal the judgement. He has since claimed no wrong-doing.
