A Lagos High Court today sentenced Akolade Arowolo, who stabbed his banker wife Titilayo to death in June 2011, to die by hanging.
In delivering her verdict, the Presiding Judge, Justice Lateefa Okunnu, relied on section 316 of the Criminal Code of Lagos State. She found Arowolo guilty on a one-count charge of murder.
