Federal Government Shuts Border With Cameroon


The Federal Government of Nigeria has closed it's border with Cameroon. This was done to check the activities of the insurgent group, Boko Haram. The insurgents have in recent time wrecked havoc in the Northern part of Nigeria leading to loss of live and property.

Meanwhile President Goodluck Jonathan has appealed to the terrorists to drop their arms and embrace peace. The government has promised to bring an end to the menace caused by the Boko Haram.
