Enough is Enough!: Ogboru cautions rivals against rigging Delta guber poll

As the 2015 general elections draw nearer, the governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Delta State, Chief Great Ogboru, has warned other political parties and candidates involved in the election to shun rigging noting that the people will not tolerate such injustice this time around.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Ughelli on Thursday, recounted many previous elections conducted in the state were voters were intimidated and his mandate was stolen. Stating that “God’s time is the best. This is the time set by God,” Ogboru promised to provide the people with basic necessities of life that have been denied them over the years. “We shall start by restoring your dignity and you will no longer be the thrashing floor.

“You will be able to look at them eyeball to eyeball. All the people of Delta will become winners and will enjoy good schools, good hospitals and better pay. Our roads will be safe again. Our streets and homes will be safe again; criminality of any kind will not be tolerated.”
