PDP accuse Buhari of presenting fake documents

Following the release of the waec result of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, the Peroples's Democratic Party has now accused the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress of presenting false documents as proof of his WAEC qualification

The spokesperson for the PDP campaign, Femi Fani Kayode, who addressed journalists on Thursday, challenged the authenticity of the document presented by Buhari noting that 'it is unfortunate that the more General Buhari tries to extricate himself from the crisis, the more he stumbles into a new phase in the unfolding narrative of his obvious complicity in a matter that bothers on perjury and which has brought his integrity to question.

He stated that the conclusion from all these is that 'the document purportedly released by Government College, Katsina, upon which the APC presidential candidate hopes to bury the doubts about his eligibility for next month's election 'are forged, manipulated and fraudulently procured. They are therefore untenable in fact and in law.' The former Aviation Minister said the document serves as an evidence of fraud and dishonesty on the part of the APC candidate.
