The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, has backed off from the Presidential race, only few days after he declared his intention to seek the highest office in Nigeria under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Hon. Tambuwal confirmed that he made this decision after wide consultations. He has now turned his attention to the race for the governorship ticket in Sokoto State.
