Nigeria's apex court has struck out an appeal by the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) challenging the election of Kogi State Governor, Idris Wada.
The court held that CPC lost its right to to carry out any legal action including filing an appeal following its merger with other political parties to become the All Progressives Congress.
