President Goodluck Jonathan has given out his foster daughter, Miss Faith Elizabeth Sakwe, in a colourful ceremony yesterday that attracted high profile dignitaries from all walks of life to Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State Capital.
The President on arrival was received by the Bayelsa State Governor, Henry Seriake Dickson, amid cheers from well wishers.
The white wedding has been fixed for April 12, 2014.
