President Jonathan on Wednesday named four new ministers including former Governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shekarau (Education), Dr. Stephen Aritse Oru (Niger Delta Affairs), Prince Adebayo Adeyeye (Minister of State, Works) and Dr. Addu Bulama (Science and Technology.
They were all cleared last week by the Senate. President Jonathan advised the new ministers to give their best noting that they 'have no time to sleep.'
