Nigeria get international support to fight terrorism
Following the recent abduction of more than 200 female students from a school in Chibok town, Borno State, Nigeria has received assurances from the international community of support in the fight against terror and the rescue of the kidnapped girls.
The United States, United Kingdom, France, China, as well as ECOWAS have all expressed solidarity and support with the Federal Government of Nigeria. There has also been increased international support and solidarity for the 'Bring Back Our Girls' campaign with the United States First Lady, Michelle Obama lending her voice.
