The Minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan, has claimed that there is an on-going plot by former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, to form an interim government. Adesiyan made this revelation in Lagos on Monday at the launch of a book titled, ‘Watch the Watcher,’ by Yinka Odumakin.
