President Jonathan has disclosed that the ground-breaking for the second Niger bridge will take place on the 10th of March. He said this when he hosted a delegation from Anambra State led by outgoing Governor, Peter Obi.
The President praised Gov. Obi for his remarkable achievements in Anambra State and his cooperation with the Federal Government.
